This includes overseeing the staff, managing financials, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving sales growth. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and point-of-sale systems. Strong customer service orientation. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
