We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and deployment of complex B2B products and enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions. This is a senior-level, highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical program leadership, product rollout experience, and business acumen. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale B2B SaaS or enterprise product launches and can coordinate Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and customer-facing teams from initial planning through deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex B2B product implementations, launches, and customer rollouts.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, release plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Establish rollout strategies, change management plans, and customer onboarding processes.
• Drive program governance, executive reporting, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations, rollout readiness, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead Agile delivery and release management processes.
• Manage program budgets, capacity planning, resources, and vendor coordination.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled products, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to improve program planning, documentation, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Delivery, or Enterprise Technology Programs.
• Significant overall technology experience appropriate for a senior-level TPM position.
• Proven experience managing large-scale B2B SaaS or enterprise product rollouts.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving software engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Strong program governance, risk management, release planning, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

AI & Generative AI Experience:

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent platforms to improve productivity and program delivery.
• Experience applying AI to project planning, executive reporting, requirements, user stories, documentation, risk analysis, data synthesis, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and limitations of AI technologies.
• Ability to identify opportunities for incorporating AI into business processes, products, and program delivery.
• Experience encouraging or driving AI adoption across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering AI-powered, Generative AI, or machine learning-enabled products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or AWS AI services.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and product management tools.
• MBA or advanced degree.
