House Manager Residential Services / Operations Caring Hands Inc. is a licensed Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful community inclusion through high-quality care and supportive residential services. We are seeking an experienced and dependable House Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential group home services, supervise Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff, and ensure compliance with DDA regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards. Compensation Job Summary The House Manager is responsible for supervising residential operations, ensuring a safe and supportive home environment, overseeing staff schedules and performance, maintaining compliance, and supporting individuals served with daily care and community integration. Key Duties Supervise and support DSP staff and daily residential operations Develop and manage staff schedules and coverage Monitor the home environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance Maintain documentation, incident reports, and communication logs Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Support individuals with daily living activities and person-centered care Address operational concerns and communicate with leadership as needed Promote professionalism, accountability, and quality care among staff Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in DDA, residential, or group home settings High school diploma or GED required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to pass required background checks Reliable and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience supervising direct care staff preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Leadership-oriented Dependable Organized Professional Team-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
