• Represent the State of Texas in felony criminal prosecutions.
• Work with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses.
• Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and trial briefs.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws.
• Negotiate plea agreements and settlements.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including jury selection, witness examination, and oral arguments.

What We're Looking For:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Texas .
• Trial courtroom experience in Criminal Law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case preparation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and research abilities.
