Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (100% on-site) Salary: $23/hr - $24/hr + Benefits Benefits: Medical/Dental (no cost for employees), Vision, Life Insurance, 401K w/ Match, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PT Start Date: ASAP Our client in the industrial parts industry is looking for a Customer Support /Order Entry Specialist to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor and process orders received via phone, fax, email, or in person. The ideal candidate will have prior customer support experience and excellent organizational skills. While a mechanical aptitude is a plus, our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative to be successful in this role.
