Kitchen Assistant

Job Description: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen and dining areas. Duties include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed. Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning equipment surfaces. Support the kitchen team by keeping work stations and storage areas organized and restocked with clean items. Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude with team members. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
