- Shifts available: 7a-5p (10 hour shift); 7am-3pm (8 hours shift) x2; Call will be from 3pm-8:30 pm Mon-Fri; Weekend call will be 7am-3:30 Sat/Sun/Holidays; Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm; pager 3pm-7am Mon-Fri; 24 hours pager on weekends
- Types of Cases: general; Cardiac; Ortho; Gyn; Ophthalmology; Gastro; Podiatry; Urology; ENT; Oral/Maxillofacial; Ortho, TEE, Endo
- Supervision or independent: CRNAs are medically directed
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Credentialing: Typically 60 days EMR = EPIC; What specific skills are required?: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks; Please select all required life support certifications: ACLS, BLS
