BCBA - Flexible Clinical Role (Part Time)

One Step Forward is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support ABA services for children and families throughout White Plains, Westchester County, Rockland County, and surrounding New York areas. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical oversight, guide treatment planning, and support therapists while maintaining a manageable part time schedule. We are looking for a clinician who values collaboration, ethical practice, and helping children achieve meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
