Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in New Braunfels, TX, with the flexibility for some work from home. This position oversees day-to-day construction activities for telecom infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating field work with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors. The Construction Manager ensures work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and compliance with regulatory and client requirements. Typical responsibilities include managing project documentation, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and providing clear communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement efforts, optimizing construction processes, and contributing to the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Construction and Construction Safety skills to oversee field activities and ensure safe, compliant work practices. Candidates should possess effective Supervisory Skills to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day site operations. Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to monitor costs, track schedules, and keep projects on scope and on time. Relevant qualifications include experience managing telecom or infrastructure construction projects, familiarity with local codes and regulations, and proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
