Ambulatory Care Clinician, Healthcare Research Survey

This is a paid, one-time research survey that collects real-world perspectives on clinical workflows, patient coordination, documentation, staffing, and technology use. Your input will inform the design of systems intended to support care teams and improve patient care.

• Comfortable participating in a structured research survey and able to complete the full 30-minute online questionnaire independently.
