This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the Community, therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employees ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team./pulliAbides by Fair Housing Laws./liliProvides tours of apartments to prospective residents./liliRuns credit reports on prospective residents./liliPrepares lease packets./liliInspects apartments prior to showing them./liliMaintains logs of traffic through the property./liliLeases units./liliProvides information over the telephone to prospective residents./liliMaintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents./li/ulpOccasional functions may include typing and filing propertyrelated reports, assisting with rent collection, bank deposits, or other general errands, and resident retention activities./pulliHigh School Diploma/GED./liliSome advanced real estate training, including familiarity with the Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws, and prior experience in a leasing position; Preferred./liliValid Drivers License (if operating a vehicle)/li/ulpPhysical activities include typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or sitting for periods of time. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Hours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community. This position may be required to work on weekends as necessary./p/div
