Urology Gynecology Sales Representative
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a sales representative to drive growth in urology and gynecology procedures across San Diego-area markets. The role involves training surgeons, building clinical evidence for robotic surgery adoption, and coordinating with regional sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate urology and gynecology procedure adoption and case volumes in assigned markets
- Train surgeons to proficiency and guide adoption of full robotic procedure portfolios
- Establish regional observation and training centers for surgeon education
- Develop clinical and economic data demonstrating da Vinci value to surgeons
- Partner with marketing and training teams to expand resident and fellow engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
- Urology or gynecology sales experience preferred
- Clinical selling expertise with ability to build surgeon credibility
- Strong communication and peer influence skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive sales results
