• Assemble highly precise medical devices in a controlled clean room environment
• Work under microscopes to assemble and inspect small components
• Perform detailed hand assembly using tweezers, hand tools, and specialized equipment
• Solder miniature components, circuit boards, and capacitors
• Assemble catheter and stent sub-components following strict quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing goals

• Assisting with training and supporting team members
• Helping coordinate daily production activities
• Supporting quality and process improvement initiatives
• Acting as a technical resource within the clean room environment
• Leading by example in safety, quality, and productivity standards

Training Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Regular Production Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Enjoy a 4-day work week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

• Clean room, medical device, electronics assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working under a microscope highly preferred
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Ability to work with very small components and intricate assemblies
• Quality-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred for Lead openings

Medical device assembly, clean room manufacturing, microscope inspection, catheter assembly, electronics assembly, soldering, precision manufacturing, quality inspection, PCB assembly, and micro-assembly environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
