AI Operations ManagerTop Skills: Data engineering Business analysis Artificial intelligence Summary: The main function of an AI operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success. Responsibilities: Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making. Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement. Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance drive data driven decisions Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows. Proficiency in AI tools (Either Claude, Gemini, or Cline) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration. Microsoft office, Word, Excel Excellent organization and mathematical skills Strong understanding of retail operations. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.
