What You'll Do

• Deliver patient-centered care to diverse medical surgical cases, including post-surgical, trauma, stroke, and hospice patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Utilize clinical pathways and evidence-based practices to ensure quality outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR and other tools
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Assist in patient education and facilitate smooth unit operations
• Prioritize patient safety and deliver holistic care in a fast-paced setting

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license
• BLS certification required
• Prior Med Surg experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
