Job Summary: As a sit-down forklift operator, you will unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and load them onto designated locations. You will also locate and move products on pallets or prepare pallets for storage or shipment. Daily tasks include identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies. Location: Melville, NY Salary: $19/hr Work Hours: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (heavy lifting) Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test Skills: Build, wrap, and sort pallets Operate RF scanner Load and unload materials and equipment Operate hand truck/dolly Dress Code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be free of holes or rips.
