Payrate: $25.00 - $30.00
Position Overview
KeyStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across administrative and field teams. This role is critical in maintaining organization, communication, and coordination within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee schedules and coordinate daily operations
- Maintain and organize permits, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Assist with payroll processing and time tracking for field employees
- Support project teams and collaborate with administrative staff and field personnel
- Manage office supply inventory and equipment
- Prepare reports, job costing data, and budget summaries
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and general office systems
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Familiarity with construction materials/hardware is a plus
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience required (construction industry experience preferred)
