We currently have overnight shift opportunities available for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to provide quality care during evening and night hours. Position: Caregiver (Overnight) As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being. Benefits That Value You Competitive pay: $17.00/hour Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days + annual reviews Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits CNA School Program opportunity PPE provided 401(k) with matching Ongoing training + 24/7 on-call support Holiday pay (time and a half) PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental wellness program (dental, vision, mental health options available) Qualifications Must be 18 or older, a ble to pass a background check and e eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and car Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred) Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred) Comfortable working overnight shifts This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
