1. Lead with Hospitality

• Be the face of our hospitality culture, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations at every interaction.

2. Build & Empower the Team

• Hire, train, and mentor FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Manage catering and events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, OSHA, and alcohol service regulations.

4. Drive Financial Success

• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Achieve KPI targets to unlock location-based bonuses.

5. Collaborate Across Departments

• Work closely with marketing, accounting, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead initiatives that enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.
