Fair Manager

Responsibilities Plan, implement, and administer operational management of all fairgrounds buildings and grounds under general supervision of The County Commissioners. Schedule use of fairgrounds facilities for the general public in accordance with Fair Board policies. Perform a wide variety of office, technical, bookkeeping, and customer‑service duties. Serve as Secretary to the Fair Board. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduation or equivalent. At least three (3) years of event‑coordination experience. Computer skills, organizational skills, general bookkeeping experience, and attention to detail. One (1) year of management experience is desirable. Ability to hear and communicate clearly and accurately, both written and spoken. Professional, friendly, tactful, and courteous demeanor at all times. Valid Montana Driver License and insurable driver status. Special Requirements Must undergo pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
