A driven, hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front and back-of-house operations during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and operational execution
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and hospitality
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and daily operational efficiency
- Drive sales through floor leadership, guest engagement, and team accountability
- Execute promotions, upselling initiatives, and event-driven business strategies
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Hold the team accountable to performance metrics and service standards
- Recruit, interview, and hire top talent aligned with company culture
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
- Strong focus on hiring, training, and team development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
