Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our centralized analytics team—a true “one-stop shop” for data analysis, reporting, and insights across the organization. This role is ideal for a data-driven problem solver with retail experience and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business decisions. You’ll be deeply embedded in all facets of the business, working cross-functionally with pricing, finance, operations, labor, and merchandising teams. With the organization transitioning to a new ERP, this is a unique opportunity to reimagine and redesign how we report and analyze data at scale. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights across various business domains (e.g., pricing, margin, operations, labor, merchandising). Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports—primarily using PowerBI. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist in migrating and reimagining reports as part of the new ERP implementation. Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decisions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (any discipline, preferably quantitative or business-related). 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally your second role post-graduation. Retail industry experience is strongly preferred—familiarity with concepts like pricing, margin, clustering, merchandising, etc. Proficiency in PowerBI is highly preferred ; Tableau or similar tools may be considered if the candidate has strong retail experience. Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write or learn to write queries). Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis. Demonstrated passion for data, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Nice to Have: Experience working in or migrating to new ERP environments.
