SAP Data Quality Analyst

Location Naperville, IL Job Description We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4 HANA Data Quality Analyst with a passion for data governance processes in S4 HANA. As a consultant, you will assist in various projects related to workshop, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, support, and more. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to implement data governance processes. Responsibilities Assist in various projects related to workshop, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, and support. Work closely with customers to implement proposed data governance processes. Lead projects technically and draw/implement enterprise‑level architecture. Analyze technical requirements and environments. Support activities related to security policy and regulatory guidelines. Analyze and document technical requirements. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define and describe solutions. Lead day‑to‑day operations of customer discussions regarding design and development. Provide direct engagement with customers to provide support and understand customer needs. Respond to internal and external compliance audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments. Qualifications Ability to review data profiling results and define data quality metrics with business. Understanding of master data and SAP data structures. Experience facilitating business discussions to define data quality rules for customer, material, supplier, assets, and equipment. Experience leading business discussions to specify data quality rules. Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 and understanding of S4 data model for master data. Ability to work independently on projects and lead them technically. Ability to draw and implement enterprise‑level architecture. Knowledge of master data and SAP data structures. Familiarity with standard change management procedures when introducing technical changes to production environments. Well‑versed with incident, problem, change, and SLA management. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience with onsite/offshore teams. Strong ability and desire to learn new technologies and drive innovation. U.S. citizenship or green card required. Base Salary $120,000 to $160,000 per annum. Benefits Discretionary annual incentive.
