Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

8+ years of experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications
Expertise in L2/L3 application support, production operations, incident and problem management, major incident coordination, root cause analysis, release and change management, disaster recovery, service governance, and continuous improvement
Leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and distributed support organizations
Technical experience with .NET/C#, AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), PostgreSQL, Solace and MQ, Dynatrace, BigPanda, ServiceNow, and Harness CI/CD
ITIL Foundation certification desired
AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate certification desired
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred

Responsibilities:

Support mission-critical enterprise applications and production operations
Coordinate major incidents and cross-functional support teams
Contribute to problem management, root cause analysis, release management, disaster recovery, service governance, and continuous improvement
