WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing Monitor machine performance and production quality Make minor machine adjustments as needed Perform routine quality inspections on finished products Maintain accurate production records Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work with team members to meet daily production goals Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or GED required Manufacturing or production experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Willingness to work overtime when needed
