Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of clients, creating strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments, facilitating timely discharges when necessary.

  • Assess client needs through comprehensive intake evaluations and ongoing treatment plans tailored specifically to each individual's requirements.

  • Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring all progress notes reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • \n
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect upon practice and foster professional growth.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to reinforce a cohesive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face a variety of mental health challenges. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will play a critical role in enhancing their overall well-being and progress toward mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
  • \n
  • Active, unrestricted LPCC license.
  • \n
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

  • Proficiency in technology, including experience with spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient context.

  • Comfort and familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
