Emergency Veterinarian (DVM)

Join a well-established emergency veterinary hospital with decades of experience serving a growing community while remaining at the forefront of emergency and critical care medicine. This role offers robust training, strong clinical support, and a sustainable schedule designed for long-term success in ER practice.

What We Offer

Mentorship & Training

Tailored, hands-on mentorship program for new and early-career ER veterinarians
Direct access to experienced emergency clinicians in a culture centered on teaching and learning
Specialized training opportunities, including Global FAST ultrasound and multi-day surgical training programs

Compensation & Scheduling

Training pay: $1,000 per shift
Post-training compensation: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
No negative accrual
Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month, with optional additional shifts
Some weekend and overnight shifts required

Sign-On & Financial Support

Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Relocation assistance up to $12,000
Student loan repayment program: up to $20,000 per year for 4 years

Ideal Candidate

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Active veterinary license preferred; licensure transfer fees covered if needed

Strong communicator with a professional, respectful approach to clients and staff
