Emergency Veterinarian (DVM)

New graduates seeking structured mentorship and hands-on guidance are strongly encouraged to apply.

Join a well-established emergency veterinary hospital with decades of experience serving a growing community while remaining at the forefront of emergency and critical care medicine. This role offers robust training, strong clinical support, and a sustainable schedule designed for long-term success in ER practice.

What We Offer

Mentorship & Training

  • Tailored, hands-on mentorship program for new and early-career ER veterinarians

  • Specialized training opportunities, including Global FAST ultrasound and multi-day surgical training programs

Compensation & Scheduling

  • Training pay: $1,000 per shift
  • Post-training compensation: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
  • No negative accrual
  • Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month, with optional additional shifts
  • Some weekend and overnight shifts required

Sign-On & Financial Support

  • Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $12,000
  • Student loan repayment program: up to $20,000 per year for 4 years

Ideal Candidate
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
  • Active veterinary license preferred; licensure transfer fees covered if needed

  • Strong communicator with a professional, respectful approach to clients and staff
