As the Manager of Client Success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.

As the Manager of Client Success, you will be tasked with managing the day-to-day growth and success of WolfCycle clients through attending bi-weekly status meetings, managing active and upcoming sales & service campaigns, fielding any inbound tasks, and writing copy for upcoming partner campaigns. Key areas of focus include enhancing client retention, fostering a culture of customer advocation, and championing revenue maximization with current WolfCycle Clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing key client relationships, executing on detail-oriented tasks, and maximizing the overall success of strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving value through strategic conversations and regular check-ins.
• Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs and perspectives within the organization, ensuring their feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancement efforts.
• Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions to identify pain points, opportunities, and trends, using this information to enhance service offerings.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to align customer success strategies with broader business objectives.
• Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the conversation marketing landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• (3+) years of experience in sales or customer success, preferably in the sports & entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value client relationships.
• Strong understanding of conversation marketing, AI technologies, and digital engagement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• West Coast hours preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
