Support Staff: Clinical Medical Assistants and Primary Care Team
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: Phone-only call shared regionally
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Required
- Colorado License or willing to obtain Required
- NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) Required
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Required
