We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist with expertise in addressing chronic pain and bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root causes of clients’ chronic pain.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both symptoms and underlying issues.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Educate and empower clients to take an active role in their recovery.
• Ensure that the department’s practices align with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Marketing our facility’s services to surrounding areas.
• Communicate with other medical professionals.
• Creating physical therapy content and collaborating on Instagram.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a focus on holistic treatment.
• Minimum 3 years of DPT experience in an out-of-network environment.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to delivering results and improving clients’ quality of life.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Continuous learning mindset.
