Blue Jay Dental has a DSO client that needs a full time associate dentist in Paris TX. Our leading client is open to a new grad or prefers experience. 300k compensation plan with signed 3 year agreement.

Our client is known for having the best CEU programs in the industry and they will help advance a younger dentist to be able to do advanced skills like molar endo and placing implants.

Caseload - FFS and PPO- No medicaid

Dentist Responsibilities

Diagnose, treatment plan, and produce out of multiple chairs.

Prepare and restore fillings, crowns, and bridges.

Assess patient's dental status and arrange for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed.

Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients.

Provide routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis and fluoride treatments.

Manage and supervise the work of dental assistants and dental hygienists

Manage administrative functions of the Dental Office.
