WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll: Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. This position supports work performed under a U.S. government contract that requires employees in this role be U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents. Employment will be contingent upon meeting this requirement.
