These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy.What is the opportunity?As a Staff Engineer on the Freestyle team, you will be a key technical leader responsible for shaping the architecture and design of Freestyle Orchestrator—Workspace ONE UEM's low-code, cross-platform automation and workflow engine. This platform enables IT administrators to automate complex device management tasks, orchestrate application and profile deployments, and enforce compliance across diverse device fleets (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, and VDI/Horizon environments). You will lead critical design initiatives, mentor engineers across the team, and ensure technical excellence in building a scalable, reliable, and secure orchestration framework. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence engineering decisions across multiple teams. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
