Applicant has the ability to obtain or currently possess a Nebraska LCSW, PLMHP/PLIMHP or holds a LMHP/LIMHP license. This position reports to the IFP Clinical Supervisor. Education/Certification Requirements: Minimum of a Master\'s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Hold or be eligible to hold a Mental Health Practitioner\'s License from the state of Nebraska. (provisional) Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in direct therapy practices (preferred) Skills/Qualifications Including but Not Limited To: Substance Abuse Counseling Psychosocial Therapy Listening and Excellent Verbal Communication Conflict Resolution Mental Health Legal Compliance Interviewing Skills Building Relationships/Rapport Teamwork Knowledge about human mental development Effective oral and written communication skills Computer skills and solid use of Microsoft Word and other software Demonstrates understanding and empathy for the needs of others Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule: Day and Evening hours (required) Weekend availability (required) Holidays Work Location: Work Location: In-home services - multiple locations
