Job Summary: The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager with efficient and profitable operations. This position will provide leadership to assigned functions and events.

Responsibilities: Hire, train, supervise and schedule staff Monitor processes to ensure quality operations and customer satisfaction Monitor and maintain sanitation and safety standards Assist with inventory control procedures and operations

Required Qualifications: Educational Requirements High School diploma Required Experience Three (3) or more years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Educational Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent vocational/technical training Preferred Experience Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary: $20.71 per hour This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
