Shifts include a variable schedule of day and mid shifts with two closing shifts per week, operating between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The pharmacy processes approximately 900 prescriptions daily, using Prime Rx pharmacy software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients and health care providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians.
• Accurately enter prescription and patient data.
• Prepare prescriptions and support the pharmacy team with various operational tasks.
• Identify and report adverse events following standard procedures.
• Maintain detailed and precise patient, physician, and prescription records.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license valid in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting; retail experience will also be considered.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Preference for candidates with stable work history and minimal job changes within the past year.
