Lead Quality Manager

Job Description

Lead and develop the quality team, including supervisors and document control
Manage and continuously improve quality systems and processes
Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards
Partner cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing
Proven experience managing or leading quality systems
Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and/or ISO standards
Leadership capability (formal title not required)
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
