Job Summary:

As a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients in Belvidere, Illinois. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our dynamic team, where you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to assist in delivering patient-specific treatments and achieve excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes

• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff

• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment
