Talent Acquisition Partner

A privately held, family-owned retail organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across an assigned multi-state territory, but this person MUST be located near Franklin, TN. The role is remote, but with travel to store locations across the east. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, focusing on proactive pipeline development, relationship building, and full-cycle recruitment for store and field-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines before hiring needs arise.
• Develop relationships with active and passive candidates across assigned markets.
• Partner closely with field leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, community partnerships, and recruiting initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruitment strategy recommendations.
• Maintain recruiting data, pipeline activity, and ATS updates.
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and employer branding efforts.

Ideal Background

• 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience highly valued.
• Proven success building candidate pipelines proactively versus solely managing active requisitions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience representing an employer brand through community outreach, industry events, job fairs, or networking organizations.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
