Job Description Job Description Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-Time Location: Miami, FL (Kendall Area) Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends) Salary: $30.34 – $41.50/hour (based on experience) Bonus: Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance (case-by-case) Position Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care , performing diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions. You will play a key role in managing patients requiring respiratory support, including those on mechanical ventilation. Key Responsibilities: Perform and document patient respiratory assessments (breath sounds, airway status, cuff pressure) Conduct diagnostic testing to evaluate respiratory therapy needs and outcomes Administer therapies including oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation Monitor patient response and intervene when necessary Support ventilator-dependent patient transport Respond to emergency situations, ensuring airway management and ventilation support Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT ) or Respiratory Care Practitioner ( RCP ) Associate Degree or completion of a vocational respiratory therapy program Basic Cardiac Life Support ( BLS ) certification (within 30 days of hire) TS Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
