Job Summary Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for safely delivering and setting up furniture while providing an exceptional white-glove customer experience. This role serves as the final in-home touchpoint, directly influencing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and long-term loyalty. In addition to delivery duties, the position supports showroom operations, warehouse functions, and customer account activities to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all interactions.
