Position Responsibilities

* Communicate with clients to provide information about available products and coverage options * Respond to questions regarding existing benefits, policies, and services * Review individual needs and help identify suitable coverage solutions * Assist members with enrollment procedures and required documentation * Maintain positive relationships through consistent follow-up and professional service * Stay informed about updates to products, programs, and company procedures * Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a positive client experience
