- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and installation processes.
- Work quickly, efficiently, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Applying veneer on cabinet boxes.
- Installing end panels, cabinet doors, and drawer fronts.
- Drilling for hinges and installing roll-out trays.
- Modifying existing cabinets when required.
- Cutting and installing crown molding.
- Installing new cabinets.
- Ensure work is done right the first time with pride and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for cabinet installation.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to completing quality projects.
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing and cabinet installation.
- Understanding of cabinet layouts and terminology.
- Experience in custom shop work.
