Applicants without a current KY Journeyman license will not be considered.What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related componentsComplete equipment replacements and new system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codesInstall and modify ductwork, refrigerant piping, drain lines, electrical connections, thermostats, and controlsStart up and test newly installed equipment to ensure proper and efficient operationTroubleshoot and resolve installation-related issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsiteCommunicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about their new equipmentComplete required documentation for each installationWork independently and alongside other installers as neededWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License – REQUIREDEPA Certification – REQUIREDValid driver's license – REQUIREDPrevious residential HVAC installation experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codesAbility to read installation instructions, diagrams, and specificationsAbility to troubleshoot installation and start-up issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation workProfessional, dependable, and comfortable working in customers' homesBenefitsCompany truckFuel cardCompany cell phone/tabletHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife and disability insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysBonus opportunitiesIf you're an experienced residential HVAC Installer with a current Kentucky Journeyman license who takes pride in doing the job right the first time, we'd like to hear from you.
