If you're a hands-on painter who takes pride in high-quality finishes - someone who understands that surface prep, coating thickness, and attention to detail all matter - this role was built for you.

As a Painter , you won't just be applying paint. You'll be protecting critical industrial equipment, supporting production flow, and ensuring pumps and parts are finished to exact standards before they're shipped into real-world applications.

• You'll be part of a global organization solving critical water challenges
• You'll receive 4 weeks of PTO and full benefits starting day one

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving and stocking inventory for pumps and parts
• Prepping surfaces and painting pumps and components

• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

The Kind of Painter Who Thrives Here

What We Offer

• $24-$27/hour , based on experience
• 4 weeks PTO for hourly employees
• Paid holidays
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance ( eligible day one )
