Benefits: Company parties Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Training & development Duties Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in person for students in pre-k through elementary school in the following subject areas Reading/Writing Mathematics History/Social Studies Science Preference will be given to applicants capable of tutoring in multiple subject areas Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation Applicants who cannot work at our storefront location in the Broward Mall in Plantation, FL will not be considered Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students Monitor student progress and provide feedback in session reports to admin, parents/guardians, and teachers Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment Reliably commute from client to client Qualifications At least 5 years of education experience working with toddlers Previous experience working with students, preferably in a preschool setting or with early childhood education Available from 2-4pm Monday - Friday and on Saturdays between 10am-12pm Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr EASY AS PI LEARNING LLC
