The role requires a schedule of either 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 9:00 am–5:30 pm, 40 hours per week, with guaranteed work weeks. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized therapy plans and modify them as needed. Document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve patient goals. Required Qualifications Experienced Physical Therapist with a minimum of 1 year in outpatient or acute care (Hybrid or Separate Compact Accepted). Valid South Carolina (SC) Licensure. Single reference covering entire work history. ASAP start date. Preferred Qualifications Additional outpatient experience beyond the minimum requirement. Ongoing availability to start immediately.
