- Weekly Wages: $440.00
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $380.72
- Housing Per Diem: $571.08
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
