Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Oro Valley, AZ where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Physical therapists examine each individual and develop treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. State licensure is required in each state in which a physical therapist practices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required prior to start. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required. Cerner experience preferred. Ability and willingness to float to sister facilities as needed (floating required). Preferred Qualifications Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience. Experience with inpatient documentation and interdisciplinary care rounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment. Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800 - 1630. Workdays: Monday through Friday. Weekend coverage: 2–3 weekends per month. Floating to sister facilities is required.
