Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Med Surg and Rehabilitation to join our team. This travel position is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Rehabilitation units.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and reassessments as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while providing patient care.
• Participate in floating to other units as required, ensuring tasks are completed with competence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg and Rehabilitation nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Ability to float to Med Surg and other units as needed, based on current competencies.
• Must be flexible with shift assignments, including nights and weekend work.

Additional Information

This is a travel position lasting 13 weeks. Applicants should be prepared to commit to the travel requirements and adapt to various work environments within the assigned location.
